The Superior Double Room No Window was comfortable with adequate ventilation, and the location was exceptional, just a short staircase away from the night market. The staff were welcoming, and breakfast offered a delicious selection, making the overall experience highly enjoyable. The carrier storage service was efficient, and I appreciated the staff's kindness, especially during check-out.
There was some noise from the nearby night market.

For breakfast, opt for the pho. it's freshly made and a delightful local touch that stands out.

missingWrote a review on Nov 09noise issues
Noise levels at night were distracting, with sounds from the surrounding area and possible staff activities. The bathroom could use more counter space for toiletries, and the sofa felt a little cramped for the room. Hot water issues arose intermittently during my stay, and there was a noticeable smell from the toilet, especially on the second day. A suggestion for breakfast hygiene would be to implement disposable gloves or signs, as some guests picked food with their bare hands.

A little noisy but enjoyable stay
The hotel offers a fantastic location, making it simple to explore local markets and eateries. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the pho, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive.
However, noise levels from the surrounding area at night were quite distracting, making it hard to get a restful sleep. Additionally, we faced some hot water issues that required attention.

The Deluxe Family Room was super spacious, perfect for our group. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and the amenities felt modern and well thought out. Also, breakfast was a highlight—had some delicious pho and omelets. Only thing was the bathroom could use a tad more counter space for our stuff.

It was just a suitable option for a short interlude in Da Lat with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with local dining recommendations nearby. For a better experience, check out local restaurants instead of relying on what's offered at the hotel.
